Shipping Destinations and Times

• United States: Typically, orders are delivered within 10-15 days.
• Europe and Asia: Delivery can be expected within 15-20 days.
• Rest of the World: We ask for 20-25 days to get your items to you.

For those in more distant locations, a little patience may be required, but rest assured, we’ll get your products to you!

Important Shipping Information

• The delivery dates provided are estimates from the time the order ships out, and we take into account processing times for these estimates.
• On occasion, deliveries may take longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances, such as incorrect shipping addresses, adverse weather conditions, customs clearance, or other such events.
• We recommend providing a phone number during checkout to facilitate delivery and prevent any potential delays.
• We encourage you to double-check your shipping address at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for items sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Separate Shipments

To ensure the fastest delivery, items from your order may be shipped separately. This could be due to different warehouse locations or product availability. If this occurs - You'll receive multiple tracking numbers so you can track each part of your order.
