    At Apex™, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a stress-free 30-day return policy. From the moment your order arrives, you have 30 days to experience the apex of activewear. If you decide it's not a perfect fit, we're here to help you return it, no sweat.

    Eligibility for Returns

    To qualify for a return, your item should be just as you received it - unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, ready for another journey. Don't forget to have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

    Initiating a Return

    , and we’ll guide you through the process. Remember, returns must be sent to our designated address. Once your return request is approved, we'll provide you with a shipping label and all the necessary details to send your item back to us.

    Please note, we only accept returns that have been processed through our system – unsolicited returns can't be accounted for.

    Items Not Eligible for Return

    There are a few items we can’t take back, including perishable goods, custom-made products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any doubts about whether your item can be returned, please reach out to us.

    Please be aware, sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

    Exchanges Made Easy

    Want a different size or color? Simply return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item of your choice.

    European Union Customers

    For our EU community, you have the right to change your mind. Under the EU’s 14-day cooling-off period, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days, no explanation needed.

    Refunds Process

    After your return is received and inspected, we'll communicate whether your refund has been approved. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, it might take some additional time for your financial institution to post the refund.
